Can I get a refund?
Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds unless we have made an error on our side or the item is faulty, if we have made an error, this needs to be reported within 48 hours of delivery of your item. Please ensure you select the correct options as once the order is completed it can not be changed. If you have made an error email us within 24 hours at [email protected] and we will rectify the error.
When will I receive my item?
Our current turnaround is 1-3 days or 1-2 weeks; each individual item will state the shipping time. Once shipped, you should receive your item within a couple of days. We retain all proof of postage, so this can be shown if you require it by emailing us at [email protected].
We post all our parcels tracked and you will receive a email with your tracking link once shipped.
Once your item is posted it is no longer our responsbility as we will have proof it has been posted. If you do have problems do not hestiate to contact us at [email protected] with your order number.
